Trash collection

Trash is collected on Mondays and Fridays.

All garbage must be placed in durable plastic bags and secured tightly.

We have an active bear season during the late spring to fall months, and they love to tear apart our garbage sheds. During bear season do not place garbage in the sheds overnight. Please keep the garbage bagged in your unit until Monday or Friday morning for collection. DO NOT FEED THE BEARS.

Septic

We are on a community septic system. Please do not flush things like cat litter, baby wipes, or non-biodegradable material down the toilet.

Safety

Open fires (including BBQ grills and hibachis) on decks, entryways, and stairs, are strictly prohibited. All open fires must be at least 10 feet from the building. Any BBQ grill fire outside the unit must have a fire extinguisher nearby. Please grill away from the building. Prevent grease fires! No burning of candles or incense in the unit. Please ensure bathroom heat lamps are turned off when not in use.

Parking

Parking is limited to 2 cars per unit. Overflow parking is available at the Piper Ridge Club.

Please be mindful that the parking lots may be busy during Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays. Park with courtesy so all may fit. Please don’t block delivery vehicles or fire apparatus.

Pets

Any pets must, at all times, be accompanied, leashed, and under the full control of their owners when outdoors. All dogs must be leashed, while outdoors, at all times. Pet owners must not allow pets to relieve themselves on buildings, stairs, walkways, and parking lots. Pet owners must clean up pet waste. Leaving waste attracts pests and bears. Place waste in trash containers.
